Welcome to IFED 2026 Seoul. To ensure a smooth journey to Korea, please review the following visa and entry information carefully. It is the responsibility of each participant to check the specific requirements for their nationality.
Participants from countries with visa-free entry agreements with South Korea must apply for a K-ETA at least 72 hours before boarding their flight.
If your country is not eligible for K-ETA, you must apply for a Short-term Visit Visa (C-3-1) at the Korean Embassy or Consulate in your place of residence.
The IFED 2026 Organizing Committee provides an Official Letter of Invitation to registered participants to support their visa application.
Eligibility: Only participants who have completed their registration and full payment can request/download the letter.
How to Obtain: 1. Log in to your 'My Page' on the IFED 2026 website.
2. Ensure your passport information (Full Name, Date of Birth, Passport Number) is correctly entered.
3. Click the [Download Invitation Letter] button (PDF format).
4. Notarized Documents (Special Requests)
Some embassies may require a Notarized Invitation Letter or a Letter of Guarantee.
Please note that notarization involves administrative fees and courier costs.
If you require notarized documents, please contact the Secretariat
